HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON AT ROCK MY VINTAGE? The most hassle free way is to sign up for our exciting newsletter! You can do this by signing up to a Rock My Vintage account. Otherwise, you can use the sign up box on the homepage where you can access the newsletter straight away without setting up an account. You can also follow us via Facebook or Twitter to stay in the loop!
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LOVELY GOODIES? You can use any of the cards listed on the bottom of the site page or paypal. To help with security, all credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT? Make sure you type your code in the appropriate box when you check out. Please note only one discount offer can be used per order and there may be other terms and conditions attached to the discount code.
THE PRODUCT I LOVE IS OUT OF STOCK! We hate it when this happens too! Some of our items sell out really quickly. We try to make sure that we offer you lots of original and inspired vintage products and keep up to date with the latest trends, looks and fashions. This makes vintage all the more relevant for every shopper. As a result, we may not restock a product once it is sold out. Chances are though, that if you have a look at our full range, there will be another vintage gem to excite you! HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED? As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it is on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise in our Deliveries section at the bottom of the page.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS NOT RIGHT? If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 0121 224 7730 and we will get back to you within 24 hours to sort it out. We may request return of the incorrect item before another is dispatched.

WHAT DOES VINTAGE CONDITION MEAN? One of the best things about buying a vintage piece is that you are buying a piece of history and adding your own chapter to the story. As a result, each item may not be pristine and will carry with it some imperfections. We have selected excellent examples of vintage classics and we strive to provide you with as much information and images as possible in relation to the condition of each piece. This means you know exactly what you are buying. Remember some of the items are 70 years old – there are bound to be signs of ageing!
Our guide to condition is as follows:
EXCELLENT - extremely minor flaws. VERY GOOD - small signs of use or age. GOOD - some small areas of discolouration, repair or wear. FAIR - may need repair or restoration.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZING GUIDE? The last thing we want is for you to order something and it not fit when it arrives! We have tried to offer as much information as we can. For the contemporary products this means the stated product size and a UK size guide if necessary. As old school sizing is completely different to modern design, we need to measure the vintage dresses at the bust, waist and hips. Our top tip for vintage originals is to get a tape measure so you can be sure your vintage pick is just right. Measure one of your favourite dresses from home that fits you like a glove and compare. Oh - and don't be upset if you find yourself buying the next size up - it is worth it to own that perfect pin up piece!
